How do I place my order?

You have two options when ordering. You can prepay online with a credit card (preferred) or you can pay with a check when you pick up your order. 

1. Pay with a credit card, click here to place your order.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We are only able to accept creidt card or checks, made payable to The Arc of Chemung.

What was the total charged to my credit card?

Sales tax is calulated in the total so you will be charged what is diplayed in the "Total" field. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. 

 

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. Your account will be charged within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

 

How do I know my online order was received?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will receive an auto response "Thank You" message, which will confirm receipt of your order. SAVE THIS EMAIL as it serves as your receipt. If there are any problems with your order, our staff will contact you by phone or email.

 

What if I do not receive an order confirmation e-mail?

If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, Monday through Friday, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at (607) 737-6151 ext. 128 to ensure that your order is being processed.

 

Is delivery available?

No, delivery is not available. All orders must be picked up from our main office, located at 711 Sullivan Street, Elmira. 

 

Can I select, or change, the date of my order pickup?

When you place your order, you will be asked to indicate when you plan to pickup your order. To request a change to your pickup date, please contact us at (607) 737-6151 ext. 128. Please allow up to 48 hours for a returned call.

 

How far in advance can I place my order?

We recommend placing your order as soon as you can! 

 

What is the shelf life of Edibles Deli's fresh-baked cookies?

Our cookies are made with the freshest, finest ingredients, and contain no added freshness preservatives. Please enjoy within 2 weeks of receipt or freeze for up to 6 months.
